Warranty Coverage:

    Should any factory defect be identified in the purchased item, a 3-month warranty will apply. This warranty ensures that the item is either repaired or, if the defect is irreparable, exchanged or returned according to the conditions outlined below.

  2. Exchange or Return Policy:
    An item is eligible for exchange or return only if the identified factory defect cannot be repaired. This process ensures that you receive a product that meets our quality standards without compromising your satisfaction.

  3. Proof of Purchase:
    To validate the warranty, the item must be presented along with a document confirming payment. If such documentation is unavailable, the item must be registered in our database, which will serve as proof of purchase.

Exclusions from Warranty:

The warranty does not cover the following scenarios:

  • Broken or Lost Precious Stones:
    Any broken or lost diamonds and other precious stones are not covered by the warranty. The integrity of these elements must be maintained through proper care.

  • Color Loss on Plated Items:
    The warranty does not extend to rhodium-plated or gold-plated items that have lost their color due to improper use. Proper handling and care are essential to maintaining the appearance of these items.
