At Jeweline.ge, we aim to provide a fast and convenient delivery experience for our customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Delivery Options and Times:

Same-Day Delivery (Tbilisi): We offer free same-day delivery within Tbilisi for orders placed before 15:00. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following business day.

Regional Delivery (Outside Tbilisi): For other regions within Georgia, delivery is estimated within 3-4 business days after processing.

2. Delivery Fees: Free nationwide delivery

3. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within a business hour. 

4. Delivery Delays: While we aim for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or public holidays. We are not liable for such delays, but we will do our best to keep you informed.

5. Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives with damaged or missing items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package. Provide photos and details, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
